1. Conditions for Returns

 

1.1 You, as a consumer, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 working days of receiving the goods, in case they have not been used, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated and in the form in which it was received and the conditions under Art. .55 of the PPE. Transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the customer's expense. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics indicated on the page, the supplier refunds the entire amount paid by the user, including the transport costs paid by the user for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 para. 3 of the PPE and within 14 working days of receiving the goods and the undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.

 

1.2 According to the Consumer Protection Act - Article 55, Paragraph 1, you may return or exchange the purchased goods within 14

daily period from the date of receipt, mandatory with receipt/receipt! Provided that the goods are

returned in the condition in which it was received and maintained in good merchantable condition (ie the item is not

torn, punctured, stained, treated with detergents, washed, burnt, replaced or etc.)

 

1.3 Transport costs for delivery and return of goods are for the customer's account. The 14-day period starts from the date of use of the goods by the customer. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the request.

In case of violations in the appearance of the goods that occurred during transport, you should contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.

 

 

2. Refund Terms

 

2.1. The returned product/s must be unused and in good merchantable condition (as received by the customer) and you have the right to return it within a period of no longer than 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

2.2. The customer pays all costs related to the transportation/return of the product/s to Address: 15 "Stefan Stambolov" St., Veliko Tarnovo p.c. 5000, next to MG ART GALLERY, Mihaela Georgieva.

 

2.3. A customer has the right to return a product OR exchange a product only if the product is in a neat, complete and undamaged commercial condition, keep a receipt of receipt of money order issued by the courier. This receipt has the effect of a receipt and must be applied to the returned product/s.

 

2.4. When returning a product(s), the amount is refunded via bank transfer to the customer. For this purpose, the customer must provide us with a bank account with the name of the holder at mihaela.georgieva07@yahoo.com
