Sales Terms for Art by Mihaela Georgieva / MG ARTS GALLERY: Sales Terms for Art by Mihaela Georgieva

The following terms and conditions are publicly available and apply to every client of Mihaela Georgieva. By purchasing artwork from Mihaela Georgieva, you agree to these terms. They apply to artwork ordered via the website www.mgartsgallery.com and the physical gallery/studio located at 15 Stefan Stambolov St., Veliko Tarnovo. Liability and guarantees provided by Mihaela Georgieva:

1. Terms of Sale:

1.1. The customer selects an artwork from Mihaela Georgieva’s gallery via the website www.mgartsgallery.com, Mihaela Georgieva’s Facebook page, other online direct-sales platforms, or in person at Mihaela Georgieva’s studio located at 15 Stefan Stambolov St., Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

1.2. The customer places an order via the online platform www.mgartsgallery.com.

1.3. The order is confirmed in writing via email.

1.4. Mihaela Georgieva undertakes to fulfill the order placed by the customer.

1.5. Mihaela Georgieva undertakes to deliver all ordered artworks to the buyer in proper commercial condition.

1.6. Mihaela Georgieva undertakes to fulfill the order within the timeframe agreed upon with the client.

1.7. The Seller has the right to extend the order fulfillment period by up to 14 working days, subject to a written agreement with the client.

1.8. In the event of failure to meet the agreed fulfillment deadline, the Seller is liable to pay a penalty amounting to 0.1% of the transaction value for each day of delay.

1.9. Every artwork requires a certain amount of time to dry. Paintings that are not dry and have not received a final coat of varnish are neither transported nor handed over to the client. The drying time required for new artworks ranges from ten to twenty days.

2. Delivery Terms:

2.1 Delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria:

2.1.1. Delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria is carried out via the courier company Econt Express.

2.1.2. Delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria is performed by Econt Express couriers to a pre-agreed office convenient for the customer or to a specific address provided by the customer.

2.1.3. Delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria takes one to three business days.

2.1.4. All deliveries via Econt from Mihaela Georgieva include the option to inspect the shipment and insurance provided by Econt Express.

2.2. International delivery:

2.2.1. International delivery is carried out via the services of Bulgarian Posts AD; the delivery cost and timeframe are determined by Bulgarian Posts AD.

3. Pricing of artworks by Mihaela Georgieva:

3.1. The prices of Mihaela Georgieva’s paintings are listed in the "Paintings for Sale" section of www.mgartsgallery.com and at the physical studio/gallery located at 15 Stefan Stambolov St., Veliko Tarnovo.

3.3. The prices apply to all of Mihaela Georgieva’s clients and do not include additional costs such as shipping or payment processing fees (PayPal, banking services, cash on delivery, etc.). All additional costs are to be borne by the client.

3.4. Price discounts are available for corporate clients, as well as for private clients purchasing 10 or more artworks.

4. Payment Terms:

4.1. Payment terms within the Republic of Bulgaria

4.1.1. For orders within the Republic of Bulgaria, payments to Mihaela Georgieva are made via bank transfer or cash on delivery using the services of Econt Express.

4.1.1. When ordering a work of art from Mihaela Georgieva for delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria, the client undertakes to pay the full transaction amount via bank transfer to the bank account of Mihaela Georgieva, as provided by her to the client.

4.1.2.1. Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer has the right to inspect it. If damage to the shipment is discovered, the Econt Express insurance coverage applies.

4.1.2.2. Depending on the nature of the damage, a supplementary report is drawn up to determine the customer's compensation.

4.1.3. Upon acceptance of the shipment, responsibility for it transfers to the customer.

4.2. Payment terms for international orders:

4.2.1. Mihaela Georgieva accepts international payments via bank transfer. All payment fees are charged in addition to the stated sale price.

4.2.2. Deliveries by Mihaela Georgieva to clients outside the Republic of Bulgaria are carried out following receipt of 100% prepayment via one of the methods specified in 4.2.1.

4.3. Payment terms for discounted artworks:

4.3.1. When ordering an artwork (or artworks) from the website www.mgartsgallery.com, the order is confirmed only after payment of the full price of the artwork(s) has been made within 3 (three) working days.
